On my return to 35mm

I write this post with my new Olympus Trip 35 showing indicating between 34 and 36 shots taken (which I generally assume to be 35, but I’ve never been that good with counting) on my first roll of 35mm film in a long time. I’ve been shooting film on and off for 9 months, but all of that was 120 film.

35mm film photography is where I started, with my Dad’s OM-10 and a couple of rolls of FUJIFILM Superia. Since my Trip arrived on Friday night (I loaded a roll of film in it there and then, though I didn’t shoot anything because it was rather late and I was tired), I’ve gone a little crazy — shooting anything and everything, getting used to the simplicity of the trip compared to my 5D, or even my Hasselblad or my old OM-2n.

I’ll post some results when I get my film developed and scanned.
